ORDERS:

Since most things are custom made, they are made to order. Depending on the amount of orders that come through from customers, wait times for an item can take 1-2 weeks until they are shipped. After the item is made it is then usually shipped within 2 days of completion.

Orders are fulfilled in the sequence that they are received. This prevents a customer from getting their item pushed back in the production line. This ensures fair and proper treatment of all customers.

SHIPPING:
Customers in USA
We ship via USPS or UPS. We select the cheapest tracked parcel option which is unfortunately not the cheapest option, but it is the safest.

Customers wishing to pick up orders
For customers who wish to pick up their item(s), please type in "PICKUP" in the discount code box when checking out. This makes the shipping cost $0.

PAYMENT
We accept Credit Card via Stripe. Just select your payment option when you checkout.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final. However, if there is a malfunction or failure that occurs, we will offer a complete refund or exchange upon return receipt and complete product inspection.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Since all woods are different, not all products will look the same. That is the beauty of wood. Each item is unique in its own way.

If a wood is not available at the time, another wood can be suggested that is similar. Availability of wood varies depending on demand and supply. Wood can sometimes take weeks to be delivered to us.
